Buying at Skin Perfection

Prices and Delivery
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our site, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are not included but will be calculated when you checkout. You can find out more here
 

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will also receive an email from our payment providers Protx as well confirming your order. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched.

Checking your Order Status
Should you have an order status enquiry please check online by clicking here. Simply enter the email address you gave when you placed your order and the order id we emailed you and you will see the current status of your order. We have several order status:
  • Unauthorised - there has been a problem with your credit/debit card payment
  • Authorised - payment received, thanks! Now awaiting despatch
  • Being Picked - your order is in the process of being picked and packed by our warehouse staff
  • Shipped - your order has been shipped and you should have received an email confirmation letting you know the parcel tracking ID
Returns and Refunds
We follow the guidelines laid down by the Department of Trade and Industry in relation to distance selling. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of placing your order with us, or within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition (unopened, still sealed and in a condition that the goods can be re-sold). We will not refund the original shipping costs unless agreed with you. We would normally refund the original shipping costs if the goods are faulty or damaged.

If you wish to return your order back to us you must request an RMA number from us through our Customer Support Area. This RMA number must be included with the goods when returning them back to us. You must also return goods via a Recorded Delivery service. If we do not receive the goods back from you it is your responsibility to make a claim to Royal Mail and we cannot, unfortunately, refund you.

To request a return/refund please contact us through our Customer Support Area and please ensure you tell us your order ID or your full name and address so we can trace your order. Once we have received the goods along with the RMA number and satisfied ourselves that the goods are in a sealed and re-saleable condition we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund depending upon your original payment method. This policy does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to deduct 5% off of the total purchase price to cover our credit card costs incurred when you placed your order. If we have stock your credit card is charged and we incur this cost irrespective of whether the goods are shipped or not.
